Mother of an adult with hemophilia and a carrier, Architect by profession. In 1990 she was founder of the Hemophilia Association of the State of Mexico, her home state, in 1991 she was one of the members who founded the national organization, Hemophilia Federation of the Mexican Republic, which she presided from 2001 to 2009 where she implemented projects with national health institutions to improve the treatment conditions of people with hemophilia.

Of those that stand out in substantial increase in the consumption of factors for patients with social security, first purchases of factors in open population hospitals for consumption on demand, and the inclusion of all children with hemophilia without social security to Seguro Popular, with prophylactic treatment, this last project received the award for Best Advocacy Project from the World Federation of Hemophilia (WFH) in 2012. Since 2001, it promoted the creation and permanent enrichment of the National Registry of People with Hemophilia, information that was crucial for achieve treatment improvement goals at the national level. In 2012 he received the WFH “Frank Schnabel” Award, the highest recognition for a volunteer who works to benefit the global hemophilia community. Since 2017, he has been part of the board of directors of the Coalition of the Americas, which has seen it evolve since its origins. “Having done my bit to improve the conditions of people with coagulopathies has been a privilege for which I always thank God”
