He has a master’s degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from the University of Jaén, Spain and certifications in Educational Project Management (DoinGlobal) and Project Management (PM4R – BID). President of the Hemophilia Association of Uruguay for the period 2023 – 2025, he joined the Coalition of the Americas in August 2020.
