Isidro Montero is a typist and page designer, resident of Heredia, Costa Rica. He is the second generation with hemophilia B along with his brother. Star Wars collector.

18+ years as a volunteer, Former president of the Costa Rican Hemophilia Association, for several years, he has promoted many actions in his country for the inclusion of new therapies, treatment guides and has promoted the registry of patients with hemophilia and other disorders of the bleeding, training of young leaders.
He is currently the Communication Coordinator of the COA, his tasks for correct and effective communication: he makes web updates, sends mass emails, articulates publications with the Committees, etc.
Volunteer on the committee of the Federation of Rare Diseases, who promotes bill 23,257 “Prevention and comprehensive health care for people with rare diseases to improve their quality of life and that of their families.”
